My name is Veronica Salamanca, and I am passionate about becoming a teacher who fosters welcoming and inclusive classrooms for all students. I want to be a teacher because I believe education can greatly influence a child’s life. I want my students to feel supported, encouraged, and confident in themselves and their abilities.

Teaching aligns well with my personality, values, and goals because I am patient, caring, understanding, and dedicated to helping others succeed. I believe each student learns differently and deserves equal opportunities to feel successful in school. I value kindness, respect, inclusion, and building positive relationships with students and families.

My philosophy as an educator focuses on fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel accepted, safe, and capable of learning.
